- What time is check in and check out?
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. Check-out: before 12:00 p.m.
- Can I leave the room late?
- You cannot leave the room later; however we are more flexible with the arrival time (always by availability).
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
- As there are few rooms it is not possible to guarantee a choice of bed type, however efforts will be made to cater for clients' needs.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
- A higher rate is charged for the rooms with a terrace.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- If we are asked to provide a room for non-smokers, we will provide one which we use to put up clients who ask for this service however, as it is a practically non-existent request, we do not take any special measures in these rooms, except for not placing an ashtray in them.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
- In the Casona Principal there are three floors and no lifts. The other buildings only have a ground floor. It it not adapted for disabled people.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- There is only air-conditioning in the cafeteria and the dining room. The rooms are equipped with heating.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
- Yes, you can leave your luggage when you vacate the room.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- We have our own outdoor car park, but it is not monitored.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests? Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?
- Although we have a WIFI with ADSL system installed in certain areas, we do not offer open access to it due to seriously limited telephonic communication. If you ask us however, we will be happy to provide you with access for free as long as it works.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
- We do not offer romantic rooms or rooms with special features, although some of them could be considered to be in this bracket, as we understand that this can be subjective and depends on the client's expectations.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
- Apart from Spanish, in the posada there is an employee who speaks English and another who holds their own in French. However, we cannot ensure to offer this service on the day you arrive and cannot guarantee attention in these languages at all times.
